BNG Hospitality & the Commerce Club
Introduce the City Club of Greenville!
The Commerce Club was founded nearly 40 years ago to serve as a home away from home for the greater Greenville leadership community. The Club was formed and continues to operate so that like-minded individuals have a comfortable setting that fosters interaction and camaraderie while providing fine dining and personalized service. The Commerce Club has a storied and important past in Greenville, and we’re excited to keep that history close, but take the club to new heights.
The vision for both the project and the renaming, was to give the Club an up-to-date atmosphere that will appeal to a diverse Membership who will find the club relevant not only for business, but also for social purposes – an engaging, refined and relevant lifestyle space. In conjunction with the physical updates, we wanted to rename the Club, something that would be representative of the sophisticated, and modern changes coming to the physical space. Renaming the Club as the City Club of Greenville, we feel has achieved that. With the new name, we hope you will think of this place as something more than just a spot for “commerce,” and that tells the community exactly what it is – a place meet, greet and gather in your ever growing city of Greenville.

“Designs are inspired by an alchemy of sophisticated southern hospitality, melded with the rustic elements and refined textures that represent the unique, natural beauty of the upstate region.”
